When Geoffrey arrived at the University of Idaho in 2016 to study civil engineering, he had a clear plan for his life—what career he would pursue, where he would live, and what success would look like. But during his freshman year, God began reshaping that plan through the community he found at Resonate Church. Surrounded by people who lived out their faith with authenticity and purpose, Geoffrey experienced what it meant to follow Jesus not just personally, but missionally. Through small groups and mentorship, he began to understand Jesus’ call in Matthew 28 to make disciples and saw that his gifts for systems, organization, and leadership could be used to build the church.

As graduation approached, Geoffrey felt a growing conviction that his calling wasn’t to construct physical structures, but to help build the organizational foundation that supports gospel movement on college campuses. Today, he serves as the Operations Manager with the Resonate Collective, helping lead the systems, processes, and logistical structures that empower local churches to focus on making disciples. From facilities and IT to administration and risk management, his work ensures ministry can flourish without distraction.

Geoffrey and his wife, Gabrien, live in Moscow, Idaho with their daughter, Isla. Gabrien teaches second grade, and together they love being part of a community that helps college students find life-changing faith and world-changing purpose in Jesus.
