Have you ever asked the questions: Who is Jesus really? Who am I? What was I created for? At Ignite, discover answers to these questions and more!
Ignite is structured like a college orientation. Take classes on the campus at the University of Utah centered around relationship with God, identity in Christ, and obedience to the Holy Spirit’s prompting in your life. Live together with students your age and learn real, tangible life skills (like navigating public transportation, budgeting, and cooking meals for a group). Grow in spiritual disciplines like evangelism, listening prayer, scripture memorization, and service to others.
Five days at Ignite could just change your life.

Thanks to many generous donors, registration is only $100 per student!

For legal reasons, students planning to attend Ignite must be 18 years old by June 8th.
Structure

On campus, students will attend classes in different locations hosted by different speakers. Students will also engage in community service and evangelism in greater Salt Lake City.

Students will be housed in AirBnBs (by gender). Students will engage in morning devotional time together in the Word, cook meals in the evenings together, and navigate public transportation to and from campus.
Learning

Students will be working through 1 John during devotional time. Content will be loosley structured around 1 John.

The content for the week will be structured around R.I.O— relationship, identity, obedience.

Ignite the Night is a two night event happening this June and August 2026! This event is a worship-focused youth rally open to any high school student in Utah, with an emphasis on students preparing for University. At Ignite the Night, we will worship together, pray, and listen to a short sermon from Pastor Jonathan Moore and his wife and co-church planter, McKayla Moore, about how to step into your true identity, listen to the Holy Spirit, and follow Jesus passionately in college.
Ignite summer project is currently on hold until further notice. Ignite summer project is a five day summer camp experience for graduating high school seniors, exploring the questions Who is God? Who am I? What was I made for? Ignite summer project is a life-changing experience meant to help students transition well spiritually from high school to college through having a meaningful experience with Jesus before stepping foot on the college campus.

This event is geared towards high school students, especially upper grades such as juniors and seniors, as well as college freshman. However, older or younger students are welcome to participate. Youth directors/leaders are also encouraged to attend!

Right now, the Ignite summer project is TBD. We sense the Lord inviting us into a season of plowing the soil to prepare the way for a larger scale event like this! This might take more than one year. We plan to host additional Ignite the Night events to help get the word out to the local churches in Utah and begin creating a sense of unity between the youth programs. We will reassess to determine if the Lord is making a way for Ignite summer project to happen in 2027 or 2028.
