Hear from our Staff!

"My decision to work for Resonate was no crazy epiphany or prophetic word from the Lord that changed my heart in an instant. It was rather a lengthy season filled with a multitude of small steps of obedience prompted by the Holy Spirit (going to Elevate, serving on Sundays, winter retreats, changing my major, etc). Through this, God was transforming my heart and altering my desires and vision for my future to align with His." — Traci Sweet, Corvallis Multiplier

"I have been on staff since the fall of 2017. I was asked to pray about coming on staff and initially wasn’t even considering doing leadership development as a multiplier. The following week I started asking God, ‘what do you desire for my life and who do I feel a deep burden for?’. It was made clear to me that my heart breaks for college students who are aimlessly wandering, just like I was, trying to place their hope in things that don’t satisfy and that the opportunity as a multiplier to reach, teach and develop college students to reach other college students met at a crossroads."
— Ted Wolfe, Ellensburg Site Pastor

"I had the opportunity to be impacted by Resonate as a college student which helped me to see the need on university campuses for people to know Jesus. As a film major, God had used my college experience to help me find my talents and gifts and grow my leadership capacity through volunteering with our church. As a senior, I interned with the film team and felt God asking me to move to Pullman and join staff after graduation in order to use my talents and help make a kingdom impact on campuses across the northwest." — Austin Dingman, Lead Filmmaker
